Begin with a short boat ride to Sandfly Point. The guided walk meanders alongside the cascading Arthur River through lush rainforest to Giant Gate. This spectacular waterfall is best viewed from the large swing bridge spanning the river. Walking at an easy going pace in a small group, your knowledgeable, friendly Trips & Tramps nature guide will point out the native plants and birds inhabiting this lush environment, and share the track’s stories, bringing the history of the area to life. Your guide will escort you back to the airport to meet your pilot.

Departing Milford Sound keep your camera handy as you fly past cascading waterfalls, over the highest snow-capped peak in the Fiordland National Park and backcountry rivers. Before returning to Glenorchy you’ll touchdown for a snow landing taking in some of New Zealand’s unparalleled remote beauty.

Pricing and GST
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of 15% GST (Goods and Service Tax). Your card issuer may apply charges for converting currency. These charges are applied by your card issuer, we accept no responsibility for these. We reserve the right to change our prices. We will not change the price without prior notification. This may only happen in the unlikely event that a typing error has occurred and the price has been displayed incorrectly. In this instance, we reserve the right to withdraw your booking/order and offer at the correct price. Any unlikely occurrences will be dealt with at our discretion.

Payment
As all flights are weather dependent, no payment is taken until the time of your flight. We accept, Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat and China UnionPay. A 3% surcharge will apply to all credit and contactless transactions made at the counter. There is no surcharge for EFTPOS or debit cards that are inserted or swiped.

Credit card details
Your credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure a place on a flight. Just fill in your card details; Card Number, Card Expiry Date, and Card Holders Full Name on the booking form. By giving us your Credit Card details you agree for us to take full payment from your credit card in the event you do not show up for your flight and you have not contacted us prior to this time.

Online Security
We use Stripe to encrypt your personal information and Credit Card details. Stripe holds your details within a secure system that fully complies with international Payment Card Security Standards (PCSS). Stripe will verify the card details by charging 50c on your Statement as an ‘uncaptured payment’. This is not an actual charge – but purely for verification purposes that the card details supplied are in fact correct.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you chose to cancel your booking. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee. If no notice is given and passengers ‘no-show’ for the flight, 100% of the fare will be charged. If we have to cancel your flight due to bad weather, no fees are incurred.

Weather
All flights are subject to weather conditions on the day. If we cannot undertake the flight at the time you booked due to our often unpredictable weather conditions, we will make our best efforts to reschedule your flight.

New Zealand Applicable Law
This contract is deemed to be made in New Zealand and the law of New Zealand, and of no other country, will apply to all issues relating to the contract or arising out of the contract.

Your booking
All prices listed in our website are ‘share with others’ (SWO) rates. Please understand we may consolidate your flight with other guests if we see fit. If you would like a private experience, please book a private charter.

For the purpose of aircraft weight and balance and in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority rules and regulations, we require all passenger weights at the time of booking. Once we have received and reviewed this information we will be able to confirm the booking.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information supplied to us will only be used to process your booking/order. We do not share your information with any third parties, and protect it through secure systems.

We endorse the recommendation that all travellers take out travel insurance. If you already have Travel Insurance please understand that it is your responsibility to ensure that your Travel Insurance covers you for all of the adventure style travel you have booked with us.
